The Electric Micro Knacker from the Kuhne Company is the bleeding edge of Bolt-Cutting technology and Otto's favorite tool.

The Knacker was created over the course of about 70 work hours total with the target of creating a technically tight and game-ready asset.

The powered blades can cut through anything with ease! Squeeze the handle to engage, and release to autmatically relax the blades. Aim with the laser and note the pressure produced on the gauge.

The 3 week Knacker project was my shortest project. I could make headway very quickly because I had a finished concept to follow from the get-go. The primary focus of my other projects was to create appealing characters, so I wanted the final project to be more practical, getting into the nitty-gritty of asset creation. My target was a tight low-poly, efficient UV mapping and detailed texturing.
